Although the Powerlock EOD isn't designed for wilderness survival, I thought I would post this very short review because I really like it.
SOG Powerlock Multi-Tool
Features:

- Power Assist Pliers
- Double Tooth Saw
- Compound Leverage
- Polished Finish
- Nylon or Leather Sheath
- Over 10 Tools In 1
- 1 Handed Operation
- Ergonomic Handles
SOG manufactures and offers the only line of multi-tools that use compound leverage technology. How it works is the gears right under the pliers add torque when you apply pressure and double the generated gripping / crimping power. You can really feel the smooth power generated by the SOG multi-tools over other brands.
Another thing I liked was how the double tooth saw cuts in both directions. It saves time and effort; really quite a wonderful design.
Other than that the sheath is great quality, the tool has a nice finish, I like how the pliers are tapered at the ends, the handles are a very comfortable grip when squeezing tight and the knife blade comes very sharp right out of the box. The piano lock is also a great function, you can lock any of the tools individually. As mentioned in CutleryLover's review below the opening of the tool is also much smoother than other comparable multi-tools.
